Membership Fees

For Direct Primary Care

Under the model of direct primary care, fees are lower primarily because the practice does not bill insurance companies. Cutting the middle man out not only simplifies healthcare, but has been shown to cut the overall cost for everybody.

Monthly Payment:
$50

19-64

$100

65 & Above

$150

  • A one time initial enrollment fee of $150 shall be charged per household.

  • Monthly fee of $50 for the 2-18 range is with an enrolled adult, otherwise, $70/month.

  • Households with 3+ members get 10% discount.
